CHEF ANDREW KO

From NYC to Phoenixville

A foodie born in the Lower East Side of New York City, Andrew gravitated to the hospitality industry. His love of different cuisines led him to work at French-Vietnamese, Peruvian and Pan-Latin restaurants and eventually Szechuan cuisine. He moved to Pennsylvania for work, and his love of Phoenixville led him to set roots in the historic downtown area.  His cooking style uses the highest quality ingredients to deliver layers of flavor and a combination of textures.
